Brass Case Annealer
thingiverse
This is a custom-built annealer case made from brass components. The bill of materials is provided in a detailed Excel spreadsheet for easy reference. The printed parts can be manufactured using PLA, ABS, or your preferred material, which can often be sourced locally at hardware stores or ordered online from Amazon. Some degree of customization is necessary to complete the project. The aluminum disks can be machined by hand, but it may be more practical to have a local machine shop handle this task. The builder has flexibility when it comes to determining the precise locations of holes for the disks and ramps. A recommended configuration involves leaving an 1/8 inch gap between the bottom of the top disk and the top of the bottom disk, with the disks stacked vertically.
