To assemble the device, first drill a 6-diameter hole at the top and bottom. At the top, secure it to the ventilator support, while at the bottom, drill for comparator attachment. Once the comparator is fixed, lower Z until it touches the heating plate. Adjust the height of the bed equally in all areas. Repeat this process as one side's tightening can skew the others. Finally, remove the comparator and verify a 0.25mm space between the nose and the bed using a caliper set.
