This is not my model, the full model can be found at thingiverse.com/thing:854575. Cura had trouble printing the "Tail and Waist Ball" STL file on my Lulzbot Mini because it insisted on printing in mid-air and refused to put rafts on anything. I fixed this by using Slic3r to trim .4mm from the base, as suggested in the comments, which made Cura happy. The files used are listed below.
