Single-particle Cryo-EM structure of Arp2/3 complex at branched-actin junction, based on PDB model 7AQK: https://www.rcsb.org/structure/7AQKModel created using Molecular Maya, using preset “medium” surface settings.Recommended printing with dual extrusion using water soluble filament as supports. Example here was sliced in Cura and printed on Ultimaker using Ultimaker red PLA and Aquasys120 for supports. If someone can tell me a good way to remove Aquasys, that'd be great!
