Brake Rotors Template 5x114.3 to 4x114.3 Re-drill Holes Guide

This is a template used to convert 5x114.3 stud pattern brake rotors to 4x114.3 (holes are 12mm in diameter - i.e. to suit M12 studs) You will need to also buy some 6mm OD, 4mm ID steel tube. Cut it into 3 small lengths and insert into the holes. It will probably be a tight fit, but some epoxy would be a good idea. Insert the template into the 5x114.3 rotor. With a 4mm drill bit and a drill press drill through the steel tube and into the rotor. These will be your guide holes. Thereafter, remove the template and with a 12mm drill bit and drill press drill through holes you just created. You will be left with a rotor that will accept the 4x114.3 stud pattern.
