Stay organized at your next track day or racing event by utilizing this custom organizer box designed specifically for Wilwood 7912 size brake pads, ideal for compounds like BP-10, BP-20, and Polymatrix. This single box fits one set of front or back pads. Tired of watching your pads rattle around in small shipping boxes or packing them with bubble wrap? Organizing them in this way makes it easier to avoid mixing up compounds, keep track of pad rotation, and more. My design keeps the pads fairly constrained yet not too snug. I wanted them to move slightly but without rattling around excessively or causing damage to the friction material of the brake pads. Note: Some brands like Cobalt have slightly thicker backing plates. There's less uniformity between brands than I initially thought, so I'll likely upload more versions that fit these pads later. There are two options available: + A snap-fit box requiring only two printed parts with the same STL file, simply mirrored one part for a more detailed explanation. + A box without a top - just one part. To create the snap-fit box, print the file without 'no_snap' in the filename. Then, mirror it across the short side of the model and print another one. Either can be the top or bottom. Eventually, I might design a version that doesn't require two separate parts, but for now, I'm happy with the snap fit. I recommend throwing a rubber band around the box if it's going into your toolbox.
