This set of brackets allows users to remove OEM passenger pegs and employ the original brake oil reservoir effectively. I crafted and validated numerous versions of this bracket, some intended for carbon fiber fabrication, others for aluminum or plastic production. Each one is robust enough to function, but these five designs are the most suitable for CNC milling or 3D printing. This kit contains several options: Bracket Classic: A classic racing-style bracket, easy to print and perfect for CNC milling. It works well when 3D printed too. Bracket Optimized: Perfected with topology optimization, this bracket prints with minimal support requirements and is harder to mill and print than the Bracket Classic but easier than the Bracket 3D Optimized, offering a great compromise between the two. Bracket 3D Optimized: The most challenging to print/mill, yet the strongest option. It requires support for printing. Bracket 3D Optimized Simplified: A cleaner version of the Bracket 3D Optimized. Bracket Carbon Fiber: Suitable for 3D printing and designed for creating a mold for composite materials like carbon fiber. As an added bonus, this kit includes the original mesh from topology optimization. I appreciate its organic appearance but acknowledge it's not ideal for printing or usage.
