This is a collection of brackets used to remove OEM passenger pegs, allowing you to use the original brake oil reservoir. I engineered and evaluated numerous variations of this bracket, each crafted in various materials: carbon fiber, aluminum, or plastic. Every single version proves strong enough for duty, but these three excel as optimal designs suitable for CNC milling or 3D printing. This package includes: Bracket Classic: A classic racing style with easy printability and perfect fit for CNC milling. Although optimized for CNC milling, it still functions well when 3D printed. Bracket Optimized: Perfected through topology optimization, this design minimizes the need for supports during printing and boasts robust structure for milling. While harder to produce than Bracket Classic, it strikes a better balance between those two. Bracket 3D Optimized: This challenging design excels as the strongest variant, necessitating support structures during both printing and milling operations.
