For a 2001 Kawasaki Concours ZG1000a and similar models, I installed LED brake lights with a strobe function labeled "Back Off" and experienced a gasket failure. These parts are likely inexpensive but may take over a week to arrive. In just 20 minutes, you can create this upgrade for less than nine cents. I printed the part using a medium-firm TPU (Solutech) material. While Nylon or PETG or ABS could offer better performance than direct lens to housing contact, they are not necessary. I would recommend printing full-size ABS parts and scaling down 0.5mm (99.5%) for TPU to achieve a snugger fit. A universal CAD STEP file is included to facilitate easy modifications. When assembling the part, be sure to keep the shiny side facing upwards.
