Braille Thing?

This is the Braille Thing? It's an interactive educational system specifically designed to assist Low Vision and Blind students in learning and creating simple Braille letters. The innovative tool features a clip-on board with cutouts for interchangeable magnets that can form any six-character word or less. Beneath the larger cutout, there are replicas of the standard six Braille cells, complete with printed dots featuring magnets that allow users to create the corresponding Braille letter. For beginners, mastering this process can be challenging and at times tedious. I created the Braille Thing for a student who is rapidly losing her vision and will eventually become proficient in Braille media, as it was her favorite activity among various Braille learning tools. The Braille Thing is typically used in conjunction with an All In One board from APH.
