The keyboard is an essential tool that everyone uses at home or in the office. Preparing students for the modern world is the primary goal of most schools catering to visually impaired individuals, and that includes familiarizing them with everyday tools such as keyboards. These key covers are designed to be securely attached using glue or tape directly onto a keyboard's keys. To ensure universal compatibility, I deliberately opted against making them clip-on designs, which can vary significantly from one keyboard model to another. Initially, measuring the dimensions of my keyboard keys proved to be a relatively straightforward task. However, learning Braille was a more formidable challenge. While I haven't mastered reading or writing in Braille, I've managed to develop the skills necessary to create tactile bumps on a computer screen that correspond to individual letters. The process of accurately placing the letters in their correct patterns proved to be quite frustrating at times, requiring multiple attempts before achieving satisfactory results. If these tiles fail to fit your keyboard's keys, try adjusting their size by a few millimeters. While using a raft is recommended for optimal stability, supports are not strictly necessary.
