Braille Dice

Braille Dice

I'm excited to share with you that I've created a set of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 20 sided dice in braille. Each letter from a to t represents numbers one through twenty, and the entire braille cell has been included and recessed for orientation purposes. I even made sure to place the bottom of the cell parallel to a side, making it easy to identify. Print Settings: Printer: Monoprice Maker Select Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20% Notes: Supports are not needed for D4 and D6, but are recommended for D8, D10, and D12. If you're concerned about the dice rolling randomly at 20% infill, feel free to print them with 100% infill instead. Post-Printing: Remove rafts if necessary, sand if desired, and get ready to play! Design Story: I stumbled upon a d20 design on Thingiverse and decided to give it a try. However, I found that even at the recommended 70% infill, it was still quite large. So, I designed a new one with space-saving in mind. The next logical step was to create the rest of the dice set. My boyfriend, who is blind and uses braille, has reviewed and approved these designs, ensuring they meet his standards for accessibility and usability.
