Braille Cryptex Ring
thingiverse
The original Cryptex by HIOB uses a standard alphabet. There is also a remix which includes an OpenSCAD generator for rings using custom fonts. A Braille font works with that, but it generates an embedded extrusion rather than an embossed extrusion that extends outward. Braille requires an outward extending bump to be read by a blind person. So I used Tinkercad to generate a Braille ring, as i thought it might be useful for a blind person to use a cryptex as well, and it also gives my kids an opportunity to learn Braille.
