Brad's IKEA LACK Filament Tunnel
thingiverse
I thoroughly enjoyed ChipCustomizer's filament tunnel, but unfortunately, I encountered issues with it breaking at the layer line on the screw part whenever I accidentally tightened it too much. To resolve this problem, I redesigned it with thicker walls. The revised tunnel boasts a 10mm outer diameter (compared to its original 9mm) and a 4mm inner diameter (instead of the previous 5.5mm). Additionally, I incorporated a couple of chamfers to enhance its overall structure. For optimal results, I highly recommend printing this design using adaptive layer height settings, which will allow the screw sections to be printed in 0.1mm layers and the flat tunnel part in 0.3mm layers.
