Brackets for sober dry towels and design, maritime inspiration

I designed two towel racks with a nautical twist to make it easy for my kids to hang their towels. To keep the bathroom looking its best, I wanted to avoid cluttering the space with extra accessories. The simplicity of our dry towels and the ocean-inspired decor of our bathroom were already perfect just the way they were. But I still needed something to hold up those damp towels after showers or baths. That's when I got inspired by the pulley system on sailboats - specifically, the trusty knot that sailors use to secure their sails. The result is a towel rack that's both understated and functional. It holds towels securely in place and can even accommodate hooks for hanging other essentials like robes or beach bags.
