Brackets for Drag chain
thingiverse
Users are welcome to use a 1 x 1 inch by 1/16 inch aluminum angle as support between top stepper motors. Employ drag chain from the Z motor to the "top" set of steppers for stability. Brackets holding the drag chain secure motor mounts, following instructions at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:119814. An updated external bracket has been added. It solved the issue of reaching lower holes with multiple wires obstructing access. This revised design now works efficiently. Instructions are as follows: Print settings should include 25% infill, two shells, .2mm layer height, and a print speed of 30mm/s. Supports can be used for stability, but they might not be necessary.
