Brackets for Corsair CX750M ATX Power Supply
thingiverse
I have been running my HyperCube with two power supplies, one 24-volt and one 12-volt. This setup worked fine when booting from a Secure Digital card, but I was experiencing trouble getting it to run reliably from Octopi or Repetier Server. Even connecting the ground line from the 12-volt PSU to the 24-volt PSU failed to resolve the USB dropouts, so I decided to repurpose my Corsair CX750M ATX power supply. Taking inspiration from saschai's Hypercube, ATX Power Supply Mount design was a great starting point. However, the brackets didn't fit my specific PSU, which is why I had to create my own custom design. My solution relies on minimalist brackets, with the bottom bracket providing support for the PSU and the top bracket securing it to the 2020 frame using two of the mounting holes on the power supply. I designed this assembly using Autodesk Fusion 360 software. You can watch a video of how I built it here: https://youtu.be/h95Ry1laBoE (sorry about the clutter around my printer).
