16 Brackets for 20mm x 20mm Aluminium Profile M5- 10mm or 12mm Socket Head Bolts Walls are 6mm Thick, Brackets in Printing Position These tough brackets are designed with 3d printing in mind, taking into account the weaknesses of the FFF process. The great thing about using them is that you can achieve precision dimensions for your frame without needing precise cuts on the aluminium profile - a 3mm error can easily be compensated for. Use pieces of wood or aluminum cut to internal size as measuring and pressure sticks when bolting together, you will get far better dimension accuracy than trying to use a tape measure or ruler. Simply cut the internal measuring sticks 4cm shorter than the actual size needed to compensate for two aluminium beams' thickness. There are small changes in each bracket's design and number of bolt holes to accommodate different situations. A few more designs will be added to this lot in a couple of weeks, including three-piece corners, swivel style brackets, and adjustable angle types.
