In my second attempt for the ULA Rocket Hardware Challenge, I concentrated on decreasing weight and enhancing sturdiness without compromising manufacturability. The part's mass is now 0.09lb/0.039kg, with a volume of 1.73in^3/28.41cm^3, made using FDM technology from Ultem 9085 material.
