I created this solution since I noticed that the Ender 5 is rather top-heavy and I have it sitting on a less-than-perfect table, so I've ordered a stable table but it will take roughly six weeks for delivery. In the meantime, this holds the printer firmly to the wall, eliminating most of the wobble and vibration from the nozzle movements. As you can see in the picture, I mounted a piece of wood to the wall for support, and you can use drywall anchors if you choose or however you prefer to mount.
