Bracket to mount Ultimaker +feeder on the U2RS

In case you want to keep using the rail system (U2RS) and upgrade to the new + feeder, I published a simple bracket for you. Upgrading is pretty straightforward, especially when you reuse the feeder motor. Get all parts for the feeder at your local distributor. To do this, make sure your feeder motor has a D-shaped axis so that it can be reused. Get the feeder parts at your local reseller. Print the bracket. Mount the feeder - when reusing it, you'll need to cut about 8mm from the axis of the old motor or use a thicker mounting plate. Upgrade the firmware to Tinker 16.03.1 at https://github.com/TinkerGnome/Ultimaker2Marlin/releases. Change the e steps from E282 to E564 - only when reusing the old motor - by going to preferences/motion settings in the fantastic @tinkergnome firmware.
