Catchy Sign Bracket! This nifty little contraption enables you to secure a sign onto a fire extinguisher frame with ease! Both of my frames feature a 20mm diameter, so it's likely standard - simply scale up or down to suit other sizes. The process is quite straightforward: simply attach the sign to the flat area using a strong adhesive. Next, clip the curved part over the tube - it should hold firm, but for extra security, you can wrap a jubilee clip around it. I tweaked the design after Mk1 was a bit flimsy by adding a supportive strut on the back of the flat section, which greatly improved its rigidity. It's not limited to just fire extinguishers - this bracket is perfect for attaching anything flat to any tubular structure! --- Printing Instructions: When printing, you'll want to orient it with the side facing upwards - no support needed. I personally used PLA material with a 10% infill rate and a single shell layer. Please note that while PLA has a high melting point, prolonged exposure to extreme heat can still cause it to soften or melt - just like any other material in a fire scenario! Remember, this sign bracket is not a substitute for safety guidelines or regulations; its purpose is merely to help individuals recall the location of each extinguisher.
