Bracket for Titan Aero, Reach3D Printer
thingiverse
I upgraded my extruder from the Titan to the Titan Aero because I do a lot of flex printing. I created this model from scratch, but it was inspired by this Thing originally: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1977341. The Titan Aero sits much lower, approximately 25 mm due to its compressed design. This bracket has just enough room to clear the Gantry on my Reach3d printer. It can also be adapted to other models if needed. *** I have included the Open SCAD file. Feel free to modify it for your own use/purpose! *** If you use my file for your design, please post a remix. The instructions for installing are basically the same as my previous remix, found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2101440. The settings in the firmware need to be updated per the above link. The prox sensor is about 10 mm wider on the X axis I believe, so that could be increased, but I haven't done that and it seems to be fine (my bed is fairly level). If I end up changing settings, I'll come back and update.
