A bracket to securely attach Meike macro flash heads on a Sony 50 mm macro lens mounted on a Sony A7R3 camera body. This adapter may also fit other A7 series cameras, but I'm not certain about that. The bracket functions flawlessly with the lens set at 1:1 magnification, yet it does not work with a Raynox macro conversion lens attached to the front of the 50 mm lens. This is due to the fact that the focus point is extremely close to the front of the Raynox lens, causing the light from the flash heads to be blocked by the Raynox. However, fear not - there's a solution. The Bracket for Sony 50mm macro lens and Meike macro flash kit Type B works perfectly well with the Raynox lens in place. Nevertheless, Type B is noticeably bulkier than the original bracket, requiring additional support during printing to maintain its structural integrity.
