Easily create an efficient 2M ground plane antenna using this simple bracket, which works well with a SO-239 connector and five flexible rods or wires. The PVC mount tension keeps the wires at a 45-degree angle. To assemble, cut the wires to be 1-2 cm above your desired length, then gradually shorten them while checking the SWR. Stainless welding rod (1/16 thickness) works ideally for this purpose. An Instructable with detailed instructions is underway, but a clear photo should suffice until it's completed.
