This bracket mounts an Arduino Mega + RAMPS sandwich on 15mm OpenBeam in a seemingly challenging position - protruding directly from the beam. The aim is to securely attach the print controller underneath the Kossel Mini's print bed, minimizing wiring clutter in the uprights (heavy cables plus a few thin ones replaced by fewer heavy cables and many thin ones). This design hides the wire mess under the print bed as well. However, it may not be convenient for adjusting motor drive current, and an external reset button is recommended if one doesn't already have a controller. The design keeps things tidy. In 2014-4-25, the reason for the large .skp file size was identified - unnecessary components were removed from the list, and the file was re-uploaded without any alterations to the part itself, just maintaining cleanliness.
