The mass of the object is 0.0996 pounds, while its volume measures up to 2.0164 cubic inches. To print the bracket correctly, it should be positioned with datum A facing downwards and datum B standing vertically. The design incorporates a larger grid at the base than at the top. Printing in this orientation can minimize or even eliminate the need for support material inside the grid. Removing non-dissolvable support materials from intricate, narrow geometries can be quite challenging. The bracket also features spacious gaps around holes to facilitate hardware and tool installation. During analysis, it is assumed that bolt holes are fixed, there's roller support on datum A, and a vertically distributed load is applied on datum B. An update has been made where internal angles in the extruded grid have been filleted to lessen stress concentrations at corners.
