People have been known to shape 2x15 cm tongue depressors into a wearable bracelet form. Submerging tongue depressors in water helps them become more pliable, and heating or boiling the water speeds up this process. Tongue depressors are carefully curved on the bender, with elastics applied to hold their new shape in place. Submerging the entire contraption allows it to rest and set properly. After installing each elastic, leave everything submerged for a few hours before removing and allowing it to dry completely for 24 hours. Once the elastics are removed, you'll have a perfectly shaped wooden bracelet ready for decoration.
