Brace For E10+ Z Axis
thingiverse
So I caught a major problem with the Z-axis extrusion not being properly secured. I experimented with some alternative perpendicular bracing, but that didn't work out at all. So I created my own solution to work seamlessly with this mod. The notches that fit into the channels are very snug, so you may want to scale it down slightly; I simply used my old x-axis extrusion to wear it down a bit. Additionally, you might not need all the holes - three should be sufficient given how tight the notches are, but they're there if you want extra assurance that they'll hold fast. I have a very thick bed with heat transfer silicone material between my heated bed and glass sheet, and it doesn't even come close to making contact; your mileage may vary. This is designed to use M3 nuts and bolts/screws, and you'll also need to make a mirrored version for the other side - this one's specifically for the right-hand side.
