A washing machin has teared my wife bra shoulder strap. Both ring and "eight" were destroyed. The fix was needed - infant feeding bra. Open designs were made to avoid ripping and sawing strap loops - stitches with high load and complicated pattern. "Eight" must be placed in such orientation that strap end tension will lock cut wedge in the middle bar. Grue might be needed to lock open ring after assembly onto a strap. For split and open parts tolerances are very small. How I Designed This =================== It was a reverse engineering of existing parts. A bit thicker in cross section to make printing possible with 0.4 nozzle. All parts ar octagon in cross section to make them support less printable yet working and looking close to genuine parts.
