br34ker's Anet A8 Titan V6 Mount
thingiverse
This is my custom build for the E3D Titan extruder paired with an E3D V6 on my Anet A8 Printer. It seamlessly fits onto the original linear guides without any modifications required. Cooling is handled by the stock 40mm fan, supplemented by a dedicated 5015 fan specifically designed for part cooling. I also engineered a tool mount that can be quickly swapped out with the part-fan, allowing me to perform bed leveling using a dial indicator as needed. Notably, this updated design now accommodates the installation of a BLTouch sensor - please be aware that it's only compatible with the E3D V6 nozzle; those using the Volcano extruder will need to use an additional distance coupler. To configure Marlin properly for this setup, you'll want to apply the following settings: #define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -31 // This value adjusts the X-axis offset from the extruder's nozzle position #define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0 // This value sets the Y-axis offset from the extruder's nozzle position
