BQE Rip Squeak Runcam Thumb Mount Base

<p>These mount bases attach to the the TPU camera sleeve provided with the Runcam Thumb HD camera. Files are provided for both versions of the BQE Rip Squeak quadcopter frames - the Rip Squeak OG and the Rip Squeak V2. I designed them because I couldn't find any suitable solution.</p><p><strong>Suggestions for Mounting the Thumb to the Rip Squeak Frames</strong></p><p>The camera sleeve attaches to the base with a M3x10mm bolt and M3 nut.</p><p>Suggest replacing the standard M3 bolts with longer 10mm bolts to attach the base to the front standoffs on the Rip Squeak frames. Also suggest using zip ties to secure the back of the base to the OG frame due to the extra length of the base. I made the base for the V2 a bit thicker to add stiffness because there's no place to attach zip ties on the V2 top plate. Another option is to use 2-sided tape to secure the bases to the frame.</p><p>The length and angle of the mounting tabs leaves barely enough room to mount a 650mAh 4S battery to the top of the frame. I actually mount the battery toilet tank style on the OG due to the very tight fit. I may experiment with lengthening and increasing the angle of the tabs to provide more room (but at the potential cost of more vibration in the video and seeing props in view).</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
