This is a customized rendition of the standard X-Carriage for the Prusa i3 Hephestos by BQ, with some key modifications to improve its performance. I swapped out the zip-tie based belt mounting system in favor of a more secure nut mount, which provides better stability and reduced risk of jamming. Additionally, I carefully thinned down the central section of the X-Carriage to ensure the belt is properly seated and aligned. For the belt mounting bracket itself, I opted for a design from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:704855, which offers a sturdy and reliable solution for securing the belt in place.
