I created my own version of the original circular air distribution design, making it compatible with BQ Prusa i3 printers from scratch. I built mine using BQ PLA at a fill rate of 100%, along with "Touching buildplate" support in Cura. So far, it's working perfectly, with no signs of melting or deformation - even after printing for over six hours.
