BPK for Cannon Core (Bearing Puck Kit)

*Notice: For anyone that downloaded the model before Dec 20, 2023, I made a recent update to the catch clips that makes them grab onto the bearing better when they are pushed out of the hub. I was NOT quite pleased with how little force it took sling the bearing off the clips. The catch clips will now have a much better grip on the bearing and a better chance of protecting the inner magnets from the bearing crashing into them. Please make sure to test how well it holds your bearings and for extra protection you can always print the sleeve for the inside of the motor. Please consider buying the kit from my website (pevdispensary.com) if you would like to help support my business or if you do not own a 3d printer.I wanted to make this model available for those who are outside of the US where I currently do not ship to, or for anyone that wants to print this for personal use.A kit for swapping out bearings on the Cannon Core motor that comes on the Floatwheel ADV and ADV Pro. Includes a press puck, extractor ring, and catch clips. There are 2 different catch clips. The bottom one should be attached/snapped into the extractor ring first, followed by the top catch clip. It's a very satisfying snap when printed with proper tolerances.I have been using pucks similar to this for a couple of years on FM HC motors without any issues.I have also included a BambuLab 3mf project file that includes the settings I used on my x1c.Here are the print settings I use with a 0.6mm Nozzle:Filament: I print mine in PETG, but other materials such as Nylon, PC, and others should work well. I avoided PLA here just because I don't want the parts softening if left in the garage or heat during the summer.Layer Height: 0.18mmWall Loops: 4Top Shell Layers: 4Bottom Shell Layers: 4Sparse Infill Density: 50%Sparse Infill Pattern: GridSupports: None RequiredBrim Type: I set “No-brim”I have also included a file for a sleeve that should fit nicely inside the Cannon Core to protect the magnets during maintenance, but I didn't feel it should be necessary if the catch clips work as intended. I may add a v2 catch clip later for a more reliable hold.
