thingiverse
A convenient tool to substitute the 1.2V NiCd cells in your BP7217 Battery pack used by numerous Fluke devices, including DSP-100. The Instructions Are as Follows: Print the adapter according to your needs. Using a sharp knife carefully cut along the line separating the flat section of the pack from the curved half. Note that the flat area is bonded to the NiCd cells using silicone glue. Insert AA batteries in the same configuration, taking care to use a thermal fuse as a jumper, just like for the NiCd cells. Do not dispose of this item thoughtlessly. This device was crafted by welding terminals fashioned from steel straps. To secure them firmly in place, apply a bit of hot glue, which also functions as an adhesive. The bent terminal parts serve both as springs and contact points when soldered together using appropriate equipment. Secure the batteries temporarily with a small amount of additional hot glue
