<p>The bezel cutout on the machined aluminum faceplate is slightly oversized and I didn't like how it looked with a stock bezel. So I made my own.</p> <p>I made two files, one sized for DS games (e.g. SLOT-1 games) or one sized for GBA games (e.g. SLOT-2 games). Both have been printed and tested.</p> <p>The zip files are gerbers for getting FR4 based bezels made from a PCB fab like jlcpcb. The "DS" size is tested and pictured but the "GBA" size is not (but it should be fine since I used the dimensions from the tested STL file). Have fun and be sure to share pics if you make any of these.</p> Category: Electronics
