Boxy Guitar Hanger

Boxy Guitar Hanger

This is my take on a boxy Guitar wall hanger. It was designed by roughly modeling out the neck of an acoustic steel stringed guitar and molding a mount around its neck. It prints in 3 parts: A wall mount that's held with 4 drywall screws, two hanger extensions that slide into the wall mount hiding the screws, and fittings for a standard bolt to provide additional lateral restraint because it's made of plastic. Also in the files is what I hope is the Fusion360 export - so if you want to change the bolt fittings, neck sizes or angles, body depth allowances, you can do it. Print with as many perimeters and enough infill in proportion to the value of the guitar you're hanging. Stiffness is better. I would recommend PLA instead of PETG.
