The XTRIM project aims to enhance the performance of BOXX workstations while reinforcing their brand image. The metal side panels wrap around BOXX components, displaying a sharp and sophisticated design that exemplifies quality. Dynamic side lines and a dark color scheme with a visible front logo represent the DNA of BOXX, symbolizing a trustworthy professional workstation. Key cosmetic features include sharp edges for performance expression, front cooling vents like other BOXX workstations, a visible front logo, a full metal enclosure for durability and perceived value, a levitating front face to avoid foot kicks, and a backlit control panel displaying information. Usability enhancements consist of two connectors' guards at the back, four attachment threads on top and bottom for additional components or accessories, and an evolvable front interface for easy feature upgrades.
