The BOXX MPO Concept (Multiple Placement Options) is an innovative enclosure designed for versatile usage in various settings. It addresses common ergonomic issues related to workstations in office environments, where over 40,000 injuries are reported annually. The concept aims to create an ergonomically correct workspace and offers flexibility in placement options to enhance user experience. Mounting the workstation under a desktop provides optimal ergonomics with easy access and takes advantage of unused space. It also offers a 100% floor clearance for easier cleaning, and optional accessories like trays, drawers, and hooks. Placing it on the floor as a regular workspace saves desk space and features a drop-off place for bags or laptops. Mounted on a stand, the BOXX MPO Concept can be used in offices, presentation meetings, or as a speech stand in large conferences. It could also function as a home PC in public places like libraries, cantines, and schools. The enclosure's unique design allows it to be placed on top of a desktop, although the designer prefers the GRAB-BOXX version for this position. The enclosure features two 120mm fans behind the fascia and can be as large as needed underneath the desk without taking up usable space. The BOXX MPO Concept boasts an affordable, bended sheet metal enclosure with no odd curves, and a small plastic front for the desktop that is cost-effective to manufacture. This versatile enclosure, combined with its ergonomic design, has strong marketing potential due to the powerful appeal of ergonomics in advertising and sales pitches.
