The all-sheet metal design features powder coated panels, resulting in an attractive appearance. A large water cooling heatsink is integrated into the casing, acting as the top cover. This innovative feature allows for fewer internal fans, with only two large (14cm) fans used. Optimal airflow and better cooling are achieved by placing the front mesh directly in front of the main hardware, without any obstacles. Two 5.25" bays are utilized for storage and optical media access, with sideways access for ease of use. The designer believes that storage units should be directly accessible and hot-swappable without opening the case. There is limited space for additional 3.5" HDDs, except for PCIe SSDs. The obsolescence of optical drives and increased usage of 2.5" drives is anticipated, making the two bays with up to 12 slots in total sufficient for any workstation. The detachable front cover can be easily removed and washed for maintaining cleanliness. The case has 12 USB ports in total (8 rear ports from motherboard and 4 at the front of the chassis), with potential customization options for further connectivity features. Measuring H 453mm W 192mm D 350mm, the case maintains a similar volume to the current design. Most internal parts have been downloaded from GrabCAD, and thanks are extended to ICY DOCK for providing their bays in 3D format.
