After poring over numerous other box designs downloaded from the internet and then printing them out, one universal flaw caught my attention - the lid to each box was incredibly tight-fitting, refusing to slide or come off with ease. Taking note of this widespread shortcoming, I chose to create my own design from scratch. By narrowing the lid by 1mm, I managed to achieve a perfect fit directly off the print bed. Additionally, I ensured that the lid would stay securely in place without any loose movement. This box was printed using an optimal combination of parameters: 0.2mm layer height and a fill ratio of 10%. To my surprise, these settings produced excellent results, proving to be a good starting point for anyone aiming for top-notch printing quality. Key specifications of this custom-built box include length (L) - 60mm, width (W) - 40mm, and height (H) - 30mm.
