This "Munchkin Quest" card box is designed with an open bottom and lid to save material and printing time. However, this results in holes in the structure. Printed using Prusa Mendel's ABS filament at 0.5mm nozzle temperature of 220°C, the carrier being a glass coated with ABS-acetone solvent heated to 120°C. Users are advised to utilize an extra shell during printing for narrow walls to prevent toothed belt jumping caused by rapid printer head movement. The initial design had thin walls causing significant deformation and broken layers, so adjusting wall thickness is recommended.
