Revise the clasps' design and profile, ensuring a snug fit without protruding from the container. The new clasps release enough for easy lid removal. Note that a vapor treatment made the clasp flexible, but it still functions properly; however, the lid now closes too easily. If you prefer the REV 1.0 design, files are available. Future revisions and variations will be explored. The box serves as a geocache container with silicone sealing. Share photos of finished boxes for feedback. Print the box (20% infill, 2 perimeters), two clasps, and two clips (20% infill, 2 perimeters, with optional brim). Clean holes with a hobby knife, insert clips/clasps according to photos, and use acetone or superglue for secure latches.
