So, my concept is based on a classic Cosplay gag of a cardboard box with 'Gundam' written across the front. The Box Walker is a character whose stats you roll for yourself, and for fluff purposes, you're seen as having that rolled character around you, with whatever racial and class bonuses you get from that. When your numbers hit zero though, instead of dying or death rolls, your box breaks, and you're a depressed civilian human, with poor stats until you get a new box. Then RE-ROLL EVERYTHING.
