Box speaker v1
thingiverse
I'm finally taking another shot at designing a decent-sounding speaker box, this time aiming to get it right. The design is specifically tailored for a 4" full-range speaker with a fs of around 90-100Hz. After extensive testing, I've confirmed that it fits seamlessly with the following components: * Dayton Audio RS100-8 4" ref driver (available on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JZTE00I) * A 1.78" cutout terminal binding post (also available on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00P5Z78F0) To ensure a tight seal, apply epoxy glue to the grooves and clamp them for 24 hours to allow the glue to cure properly. The uploaded STL file is specifically designed for the left speaker. To create the right speaker, simply mirror all three parts.
