<p>Cheap chinese goods are usually send in small plastic boxes with 10 or 15 slots, but they don't offer any storage. This aims to fix this problem by offering a cheap, scalable and simple rack.</p> <p>Features:</p> <ul> <li>8x 10-grid boxes</li> <li>small clearances to give little play but keep compatibility</li> <li>locking hole to prevent boxes from falling out</li> <li>stackability, both vertical and horizontal</li> <li>optional M3 threaded rods for stability</li> <li>color coded SVG for easy setup</li> </ul> <p>These files are designed for laser cutting, but a (less cool) remix for 3D-printing is planned.</p> <p>Sizes and settings are optimized for a Zing4030:</p> <p>Power : Speed : Focus</p> <p>100:50:-0.5 engrave</p> <p>30:100:-2 mark</p> <p>100:30 cut</p> <p>Feel free to skip the engraving, but this takes ~3x the time without benefit. Pull off the protective film on top to make the markings nicer.</p> <p>Earlier designs were made from wood with windows, but the boxes kept snagging on their corners.
