Here's a list that I thought might be helpful to others: various boxes designed to print in vase mode, which I use with a 1mm nozzle, applying four bottom layers at .3 mm each for optimal results. This setup has worked well for me and offers an effective way to finish off nearly completed rolls by cleaning up any remaining material.
