This is a packing puzzle famously known as the Slothouber-Graatsma puzzle. You can read more about it here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slothouber%E2%80%93Graatsma_puzzle This puzzle has a tendency to be deceptively challenging the first few times you attempt it. I created the blocks with a face-to-face thickness of 30mm because that is a standard thickness for stone countertops. I had hoped to obtain some scrap countertop material to make the blocks, but I ended up doing the plastic version to check the models instead.
