In my experiment, I created a one-part box featuring living hinges that are only one printed layer thick. The outcome was exceptional as the hinges and latch have remained strong even after multiple uses. The results exceeded my expectations; the hinges may last longer than the latch. Attached pictures with notes for reference, thanks to Reamo. I've made enhancements to the latch and added notes in updated images.
